Mount Arlington Public School District
The Mt. Arlington Public School (MAPS) is located along the eastern bank of Lake Hopatcong. It is a dynamic and successful elementary/middle school with an enrollment of approximately 325 students in grades 3 through 8.
The Edith M. Decker School is located along the eastern bank of Lake Hopatcong. It is a public elementary school with an enrollment of approximately 130 students in kindergarten through grade 2 including a highly successful pre-school disabilities program.

THE ARC OF MORRIS COUNTY NEW JERSEY
Life is a unique journey. Citizens with mental retardation and their families can look to Arc/Morris to assist in identifying supports and services to make life's road trip safe, secure, and fulfilling. The Intake Unit is available to individuals and families in order to assess individual service needs, and secure appropriate supports, whether directly through Arc/Morris or through a referral to another entity.
Participants must be residents of Morris County. Individuals served under the age of 21 may have mental retardation, developmental disability or developmental delay. Individuals 21 years or older must have mental retardation. Fee-for-service recreation program. Numerous in-house and community activities offered. Transportation provided from various pick up locations. Activities include such things as social events, clubs, trips, sports, and Special Olympics training.

Founded in 1983, the Youth Sports Research Council is a division of the Department of Exercise Science and Sports Studies at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
The YSRC develops, synthesizes, and disseminates scientific research about the influence of physical activity and organized sports on the healthy development of children and adolescents. Our award-winning educational programs are designed for recreation directors, coaches, parents, and administrators of youth sports leagues.
Since 1986, the YSRC has partnered with the New Jersey Recreation and Park Association (NJRPA) to provide training to more than 180,000 volunteer youth sports coaches and thousands of municipal recreation directors throughout the state of New Jersey.
